250.826.7300, trish@newleafphysio.ca

Trish was born in Richmond B.C. She is a mother of 2 boys and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. Currently Trish is coaching at CrossFit Okanagan and helping to train New Leaf Physiotherapy clients to become a stronger and healthier version of themselves. When Trish is not working, she loves to spend time with her family playing games, camping, hiking, snowmobiling, canoeing, hunting, or hanging around a bonfire.

Trish was born in Richmond B.C. Raised by her father and older brother, Trish was at home in the garage working on cars with her dad or on the hill snowboarding with her brother. It is only fitting that Trish marry her high school sweetheart who is quite the outdoors man himself. Together they have two boys. It is because of those boys that Trisha got into CrossFit. Training like an athlete allowed her to keep up with those two growing boys.

A few months after starting CrossFit, Trish knew that she wanted to help others to have a love for exercise. It was then that Trisha fell in love with learning strength training, hence she began her studies. Soon after, Trish received her CrossFit Level 1 Training Certificate. Her thirst for knowledge was not crunched so she went back and gained her CrossFit Level 2 Training Certificate. Since then, Trish took time to be with her boys as a stay-at-home mom while coaching CrossFit a few hours a week. Once her boys were teenagers, Trish tried to figure out what she wanted to do.

The checklist was short, helping others live without pain in their daily lives. Doing this would require going back to school to get her personal training license, which she did in April 2022. Trish also received her certificate to train those with Diverse Abilities. Trish plans to keep up with learning about the human body and ways to continue helping others to live their daily lives without pain.
