This is normally where I would wish all my running friends to have their best race. However, in light of the Corona Virus this year, 2020. Most of the running and triathlon events have been cancelled, in the first half of the year.
Please do not be discouraged! Continue on with your training. It is not about the destination it is about the journey. The friends that you have made, the social connections and the new healthy habits that you have formed.

By the time you read this I am hopeful, if we have all done our part for two weeks back in March and April, the COVID-19 will be behind us.
If anything, this craziness that occurred earlier this year, should be a wake up call. Do not take your health, or the health of the one's you love, for granted. Spend time with them, tell them how you feel about them and let them know how they have impacted your life.
Your new fitness can be a role model to them and maybe they will ask to join you.
