Jill graduated with a diploma as a Therapist Assistant (June 2018) through Okanagan College in Kelowna, BC. This is a multidisciplinary diploma program (RTA, PTA, OTA) that has provided her with a very versatile set of skills. In addition, she has completed her Personal Trainer Certificate (CPT) as well as Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS) and am Group Training certified, all through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Jill is an outdoor enthusiast who is always ready for a new challenge. She was born and raised in Chilliwack, BC. Jill grew up playing many different sports. Jill has always been an advocate of healthy living. A desire to push herself physically has been a constant in her life for as long as she can remember. Jill wants to share her passion with other people and inspire them to live a healthier lifestyle.
She strongly believes that optimizing our health is the key to longevity and happiness. With a goal of educating others on the benefits of healthy living, so they can improve their overall health and achieve the best quality of life possible. A passion for improving the lives of other people is what drew Jill to become part of the team at New Leaf Physiotherapy. She strives to make a positive impact in the emotional, functional and physical lives of people she is fortunate to work with.

In her spare time you can catch her rollerblading downtown Kelowna or snowboarding up at Big White. She loves spending quality time with friends and family, especially her new nephew.
